Customer conversations often span multiple channels and follow-up can be missed. A useful system keeps context visible and knows when to hand off.
Customer questions pile up across multiple chats, and the team repeatedly types the same answers.
Conversations are centralized with AI drafting replies, while humans take over complex issues and track progress.
Helps the team continuously track sales opportunities and provide more thorough customer care.
Example: A retail business receiving high volumes of product and shipping status inquiries.

We map common questions and lead intake, design the knowledge base, qualification and handoff, then test responses and boundaries before launch.
Start with verifiable answers about services and contact steps. Escalate complaints, exceptions and incomplete information to a person.
An approved knowledge base, conversation paths, escalation rules and tests covering permitted and out-of-scope questions.
Prepare FAQs, service policies, team availability and a knowledge owner, using anonymised conversation examples.
Channel connections depend on APIs and account access. The bot must not invent prices, terms or commitments beyond approved information.

We define what the knowledge base can answer and when a person must take over, such as missing information, complaints or consequential decisions. The flow explains its limits and passes necessary context to the responsible person instead of inventing an answer.
Start with information necessary to handle the enquiry, such as the service of interest, the task and an agreed contact channel. Access, retention and handoff are defined before CRM integration. The ability to collect more data is not a reason to request it.
Using approved sample questions, we test answers against source information, ambiguous and out-of-scope requests, human handoff and connection failures. The client reviews the agreed acceptance criteria before launch, with an owner assigned to maintain the knowledge base.
